Virtual Assistants to Screen Motivated Sellers

I'm thinking about taking on a VA to screen motivated sellers and if they're good I may even use them for follow up calls. Has anyone had experience with this? Pros vs. Cons? Taking calls and following up seems to be one of my weak spots so I thought maybe I could do better to just farm it out.
