We just need guidance
My dad and I are ready to jump into the real estate investing business. We want to start out wholesaling and then eventually, after we get our funds up, rehab properties. We understand the basics of wholesaling. We really need just a little guidance with the legal aspect of it. What legal steps do we need to take? Thank you for any help you can offer me!
