foreclosed to lender>can I still buy it from homeowner?
I did some driving for dollars and noticed a FSBO sign. wrote down the phone number and looked up the house address. Zillow update said it was foreclosed to lender but not auctioned off. can i still buy the house from the owner and cure the loan? or is it too late?
