Probate Lists
I suppose I should further qualify this question to investors doing probate in California, as that is where I am. I recently went to my county Probate Court clerks office and ask for a list of probates in the county and they looked at me as if I was from a different planet. They informed me that they do not provide that information. I then remembered our local Business Journal and found that they have Probate postings, what I found was something titled NOTICE OF PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE OF..., is this what i am looking for? It does not seem to contain any specific information about Real Estate, Just the name of the deceased and the persons administering the estate along with the attorney.
