Direct Marketing in Defined Areas
When most of the guests on the podcast discuss their direct mail marketing campaigns it appears they are targeting larger areas for example a whole town or neighborhood. I haven't heard but would be interested what strategies maybe used to target more defined areas like a street or cross street. This probably applies more to heavier populated areas like a major city.
I assume when targeting the larger areas you are attempting to get the higher rate of leads to drive revenue.
As a flipper our goals are different when creating a marketing campaign. We only want someone to call us if their house is in a location we would want to buy.
My plan is to get a larger list of addresses and filter based on streets that we are targeting.
Thoughts on this strategy? Has anyone had success trying this?
