New Wholesaler looking for a little help:)
Hello. My name is Chris and i am 15 years old.(My parents will be helping of course) I am looking to start wholesaling very very soon and was directed to this website. This will be my first post and i am very excited to get into the community and learn some new things. But back to the wholesaling topic. I am looking to the bigger pockets community to kinda help me out and give me some tips and guidelines to execute my first deal. I pretty much can cross every hurdle of the process besides the legal paperwork and such area and how all of that works.
