Im trying to get into realestate wholesaling investing i know a little about wholesaling but not enough to do a deal yet.I need a few more questions answers maybe talk to somebody who is s wholesaler in south jersey.Please i really want to get know the business just need a little more eduacation on it can anybody help me?

Thanks,i think my biggest problem is fear or uncertainity in what im doing.Thats why i asked if any body was from south jersey so maybe i can talk to somebody in my area or even meet up with somebody that is a wholesaler so i can kind of wacth how its done.

Where in South Jersey are you exactly? What counties are you looking to wholesale in...?

The more info you give us the better.

I'm in North Jersey, but I have seen some people here from Central/South Jersey. Also look for a Real estate club that's near you, those are great for networking.

I think Josh is going to create subforums in the near future for each state which should help us connect with local investors better....
