This is a great site. I look forward to all your insight on this topic.
I like "Find and Assign" by Joe Kamenar and "How To Be A Real Estate Millionaire" by Dean Graziosi.
Thank you, I will keep those in mind and add them to the list.
Namon - Can you share the rest of "the list" with us? I'd love to hear your opinions as well.

I would agree with Daniel on Find and Assign because of the way he explained everything. I've also taken a course online with Pete Vekselman that was thorough. It wasn't a book but he went step-by-step to take you through everything you needed to know.
to Daniel Houston: Have you ever made wholesales based off of either of these books? (and profited?)
So Namon, what was the consensus answer? I'm holding my breath here because of the mystery. Please drop the other shoe! Give us the top five best wholesale books ever written and why.
Stephani Davis,a very active member here at BP has a great book on wholesaling REO's called flip this reo. Her blog is also a great read on the subject.
