I'm curious to know if wholesaling in general will still be "strong" after the market turns around? Is this something that will always be around?

personally, i think wholesaling will always be around. as long as they build houses, wholesaling will be around.
From what someone who's been wholesaling almost exclusively for 20 years told me once, wholesaling is a pretty recession-proof business. When times are bad, like now, deals are plentiful but qualified buyers are harder to find. When times are great, like 5 years ago, there are buyers everywhere but it's harder to find a deal. So i guess it's cyclical like that, but will always be a good business as long as you can roll with the punches and adjust your strategy accordingly.
Good Post Joseph. That makes a lot of sense...
DING DING! My first helpful post  Glad it helped Alex.
I've been making a killing wholesaling while everyone in my area has been claiming "The sky is falling"
Here's the deal man, when things are bad you "Buy deeper and sell cheaper", When things are great "You pay more, and sell for more money"...It's all a matter of perspective.
