How do you find homes sold for cash on the mls-Heared this was a good way to build a good buyers list

I'm not sure how to look up for cash buyers, but look for buyers that used an LLC or business name to close. Good luck.

Search for sold listings and filter it by financing type (cash is normally one of the options)

Ryan is correct. The search may vary by local MLS. You might want to search for "settled" transactions that were sales (not rentals), and filter on financing type.

i see many saying search MLS by financing type, but unless I am looking at the wrong thing that option is not available for the Hampton Roads area of VA. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

You could also search your local public records to see if there is a mortgage on record for the property you are interested in. Or check with title companies in your area. If you build a relationship with them they might help you out and they know how people are paying.

Old topic.

I found 5 or 6 "leads" for you from this week alone. Look at Henry County Ga deed records, sesarching for Foreclosure transfers that are not financial institution buyers. The majority are cash buyers.
