Wholesale Deals in NY/NJ/PA?

Has anyone found any success finding and executing wholesale deals in the Tri-State area? I'm looking to do these deals, but am having some trouble locating SFH's and owners who need to sell.

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
