Not sure where to go find homeowners but any ideas how to find them online, what would you do to find them online, where would you go ?
I want to find them online for my own area so I can market to them about us buying properties for homeowners whom are in some type of distress

I hate to tell you that you are being silly, but you are.
You want to find people in a specific area via the WORLD WIDE WEB. Don't you think it would be better to use a print ad or direct mail and then send them to your website (if you are stuck on the internet).
The best way to do business is still person to person.

Already working on this offline thing, but looking for other ways online to do the same thing.

Did you switch from a wholesaler to a hard money lender in the last few hours?
Seriously, check out Craigs List, rants andraves...no, not personals!
You'll find some who get on there asking for help with foreclosures and what to do. I have also seen many "investors: on there offering services in response to other posts.
Check you local newspaper and TV station sites, we have some that have chat.
School systems are on line and paraents post about the PTA with contact info.
Any local organization,churches, non-profits, even businesses may have bulletin boards.
I'm outta ammo, I'm technologically deficient, so I'm not that familiar with this stuff, but it's what I have seen. Good luck...

Hey guys I switched from hard money to wholesaling now, but focusing more on wholesaling. Decided to jump on the opportunity while the iron is hot, will not see a market like this in a while again.:)
Craigslist is a joke. The Rant and Rave section is full of nutcases. Even their discussion forums. You gotta be kidding!
