Do you Email 'Hot Deals of the week'?

Traditional wholesaling models have always been to gather a bunch of emails (build a list) and then send out emails with your 'hot deals'. I do not use this method and have not for several years and am experiencing huge growth in our business and relationships with clients.

I want to know if anyone is using these types of emails to sell properties?
