Looking for Insurance in Los Angeles County, CA.

Hi,

What insurance companies would the real-estate investors suggest?

I've tried AAA, Farmer's and Traveler's, never made a claim but the rates keep going up.

Is it better to have one company insure everything, or, separate companies for personal car/home and different company for 1-3 rental properties?
