Homeowner's insurance -- transfer of loss payee

Hello all, I bought two performing notes and the owners are paying their mortgages monthly. However, I have not received their homeowner's policy, stating a transfer of loss payee to my LLC. How do I go about making this happen, despite requesting this twice already?
