Thank you for your inquire. I am looking for SFR REO's in the San Gabriel Valley. I looking to purchase about $5,000.000.00 at not more than 70% to include repear cost.

I can provide bulk reo packages. buyers need to get vetted with the bank. Email me or PM me for more information. These packages are nationwide. POF is required to verify capacity, POF will go straight from Bank to Bank. Let me know if you have any questions.
