Please note that if you are looking to do business on our BULK REO Forum, be prepared to let the rest of the group know who you are. This means that you must include a " signature" indicating who you are and who you work for.

THIS IS TO PROTECT OUR MEMBERS AND MAKE SURE ANYONE WHO POSTS HERE IS WILLING TO STAND BY THEIR NAME AND COMPANY.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF SCAMMERS IN THE BULK REO SPACE. WE ASK THAT YOU USE CAUTION WHEN POSTING AND DEALING WITH ANYONE IN THIS SPACE.

You can create your " signature" by clicking the " profile" link at the top of this page. This will bring you to your EDIT PROFILE page. Look for the tab indicating the signature section. Make sure the checkbox is selected. This will make sure your name and business name are added to your posts.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK THAT YOU FILL OUT YOUR PROFILE COMPLETELY! THIS MEANS HAVING A PHONE NUMBER AND ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COMPANY LISTED.

If you do not have this information listed in your profile, we reserve the right to remove your posts at any time.

ALL posters are required to post in accordance with the law. If you are unaware of the laws governing the REO, distressed asset, and Bulk REO space, we recommend you not post. You and you alone are responsible for the content of your posts.

Many of you are still not following this rule. Know that we will have no problems removing your posts in this Bulk REO Forum if you cannot comply and post a proper signature.

If you have questions, I ask that you ask a moderator or myself.

Note to posters in the Bulk forum. You must have contact info in your profile, not your signature. You do NOT have to include your email address in your sig to post in this forum.
