If there are any buyers or buyers groups out there looking for real bulk packages, please contact me. I am working with someone I know personally at a bank that can put together bulk deals. These aren't multi-billion dollar packages in the 30's, but legit 5-50M packages all over the country. There is a lot of hype about bulk REO's recently and a bunch of people chasing ghosts, but I assure you, this person works at the bank and has just been authorized to put together 2-3 bulks per month for now.
