Hello James and Others,

I would be glad to... the majority of my background is in my profile (I know no one reads them anymore). As for what I have done, I spent many years in corporate America as a consultant and finally with GE Consumer finance building and managing portions of their subprime lending division. I also have personally invested in the distressed properties market for a number of years as a rehabber and developer, for the last year and a half working with portfolio reo sales. I have closed a handful of deals but by no means claim to be an expert and can only speak from my individual experiences.

The REI group specializes in bulk REO and portfolio sales plus works with a number of builder and developer closeouts nationally. We generally represent the direct buyer and on 90% of our deals have been direct with the Sellers Mandate or Seller. We also have a lending and real estate division that is able to service our clients with their residential or commercial purchases.

Hey Kevin, how would someone email you? Am I blind or do you not have an email address in your signature or profile. I thought contact informaiton in a signature was a requirement if you are trying to sell something.

Being relatively new to this forum I'm still working on how to work the signatures so that my email will show in my signature. Maybe someone can tell me how to put it in my auto signature besides my name and company.

I have a contact who is looking for SFR's,dups, tri-plexes,condos, can buy in any amount from 4-5 bundle to 50+, contact can explain in detail what they need perfereablly over phone.
