Good tape geographicly speaking.. I have worked very hard to streamline the paperwork I need and here it is..... NOTHING... I don't need POF, nor LOI, nor MFA.... If you have a real buyer who can proof up then I will put him direcltly on the phone with the seller as I can't be circumvented... I have no problem doing an NCND if any intermediaries want a false sense of security but I no longer require any upfront documentation.. If your buyer can't proof up with the seller then I no longer except buyers from you... Can't get easier then that....

The two NY attorneys that blasted this garbage a month ago were not able to execute,

What's different today?

So within a few weeks time there's another 2.7 (2.8B) non performing tape floating around? Are the same two attorneys representing this offering too?

Work 'em out

1) Take the ones with equity and semi decent scores and try like hell to refi 'em and get 100% of the note value that you just paid 45 for

2) Reduce the note to a manageable principal amount and interest rate and get it performing. Add a credit repair service (like mine) into the mix and voila....seasoned, performing, and better credit in 6-12 months and resell

3) Foreclose the squatters that aren't going to participate in either 1 or 2 and create a pool of REO. At that point of ownership you can Realtor out the mess, create lease options, AITD's, Land contracts etc....

4) Donate some to churches and women shelter type facilities

You get the picture?
