Greetings all,

I have 2 clients looking for builder buyouts in Georgia and California. The California package can contain up to 60 million, property 300-600K per home, LTV around 60%, they would current BPOs or appraisals. The money is currently in escrow after perfoming a 1031 so they are looking to move quickly. The Georgia client would like to be in the city of atlanta, 40-50 cents on the dollar package size up to 30 million. There is myself and 1 other person between the buyer.

I had previously been looking for REO packages for this client but they want newer homes. Please contact me with any leads.
