I'm curious to know if ANYONE has tackled something this big.

A while ago, I started working on the whole bulk-REO thing, and had been working on it for quite some time, with no results what so ever.

Recently, the procespects of buying property packages has reared it's head again, and now they're looking great.

Anyways, I'm now looking at the prospect of rehabbing dozens of properties all at the same time, the properties all need work, from new furnaces, to roofs ,ect.

Have any of you done this, where you have delt with multiple properties in multiple cities (All within your state)?

I'm trying to figure out how to tackle this big prospect.

I can see your overhead out the roof on something like this. James is right. I would say 75% of our REOs have pending insurance claims because of theft and vandalism.

Only question I have for you is GOT COPPER?

I'm in the process of getting under contract on a total of 62 properties in my area....Pretty big package and many will need rehabbed.

I'm wondering how mitigating theft would be best.
