8 properties in same subdivision. 3100-3700 sq/ft each.

My firm sits alone in intermediary position, and we have done business with seller and seller's agent before.

serious buyers' agents please contact me. no intermediaries please as spot is filled.

seller requires LOI and POF. small simple transaction from solid group. thx for looking, hope to do business with some of you soon.

Grant -- have 2 items I would like to speak to you about.

One is buyer for this property -- I am an intermediary next to the buyer's rep, so I would simply introduce you and bow out. I'll look for a finder's fee from my side, since you do not want intermediaries involved.

2nd item is, I have a high-profile borrower in need of a residential loan, which I would like to speak to you about.
