Has anyone here had luck with calling a AM head or such of one of the larger companies (I'm thinking maybe wells?) and attempting to buy a bulk package of properties?

I outsource all my bulk leads over , but I'm starting to wonder if I should start dealing with the smaller stuff that's in my state.

Any thoughts?

Wells switched to auction style bulk liquidations, if you're looking for smaller fill bulk reo contacts, those are tough and the field has been fished for a while. However, if you have contacts with higher ups in AM, you've got nothing to lose, good luck.
