We are offering 8 Cleveland, OH properties for sale to the highest bidder. These properties consist of 5 Duplexes, 1 Single Family Property and 2 lots zoned for 2 Family Dwellings.

2007 tax records indicate an estimated market value of $466,100 for all 8 properties.

All properties were foreclosures and need extensive rehab.

Anything in CA any time soon? I've been to your site and you don't have an option for CA, otherwise I would sign up for the email alerts.

We don't have anything immediately in CA, but we are getting new opportunities on almost a weekly basis. You should complete the email notification and specify exactly what you are looking for. We won't inundate you with anything that doesn't meet your criteria; however, if we don't know what you are looking for, we might pass up the perfect opportunity for you. As far as the states listed on the website, I add and delete them as current inventory dictates. We are always looking and open to all 50 states.

Not at this time. Your best bet would be to register for our property email alerts on our website. We do get quite a bit in the Cleveland area. By submitting that form, you would receive email notification when we get new properties or have a bulk package to offer.
