Not yet. We are always buying so it is possible in the future. You may want to sign up for our "email alerts" on our website so that you get notified of all new properties we get. You can specify a specific state if you don't want to be inundated with everything else.

Hi Jake,

We don't have anything immediately in CA, but we are getting new opportunities on almost a weekly basis. You should complete the email notification and specify exactly what you are looking for. We won't inundate you with anything that doesn't meet your criteria; however, if we don't know what you are looking for, we might pass up the perfect opportunity for you. As far as the states listed on the website, I add and delete them as current inventory dictates. We are always looking and open to all 50 states.

Not at this time. Your best bet would be to register for our property email alerts on our website. We do get quite a bit in the Cleveland area. By submitting that form, you would receive email notification when we get new properties or have a bulk package to offer.
