My contact has 4 buyer groups. One group is looking for new retail, mixed use, multifamily development opportunities througout the Southeast. 10-80 acrts. Large towns and close to international type airports
Group 2 Interested inproperties in Kentucky, Tennessee,, Arizona, Texas, Florida and Nc Looking primarily for retail--existing and rehab.They will evaluate site specific and are looking for upside potential. Secondarily, they are itnerested in office and commercial development land (zoned commercial only) no residential or hotel land. Preferably retail. They won't pay past market valuations. They are wanting property that is being liquidated at less than present market value.
Group Three Southeast states. Life-style center and retail development. Retail--existing and rehab. Looking for upside potential, land, mixed-use for centers. Will also buy malls and large retail centers.

Group 4: Miami only strip centers, offices Price $10m and under distress
