I have been actively buying and selling real estate in New Jersey through various methods. I recently, through an associate of mine have been Cherry picking properties from a $75m list which supposedly filtered done through GMAC. I am looking for a direct contact, as well as buying myself i have fellow investors whom are buying through me for small fees. I am looking to either find a more direct source to these properties, or other buyers whom are looking to purchase through us in New Jersey. You can buy 1 or 10 or 100 there is no minimum.

426 Linden St. Elizabeth NJ. 2fam with finished attic. Judgement amount was around $360k i can sell to you for $115k. will appraise once completed for about $320k, but in reality you won't get more than $235k in this market, after $50k in rehabbing. still all said and done it is a $50k min profit after carrying expenses. i think zillow has it at around the same value, but zillow is not accurate, a website doesn't determine value, what a buyer is willing to pay does, and i can give you a couple good realtors that move these all day for the $225-240k mark. this has off street parking too, which makes it easier to sell, parking is rare in elizabeth, and it is right acroos the water from NYC. the rent roll would be a real conservative $2300, market would be around $2800. this is an example of which you can buy tomorrow if you like. for the most part i like to buy more than wholesale, as i do not have entirely enough inventory to wholesale everything i get.
