We have seen hundreds of brokers, but no real providers. Any suggestions??

You have to find the product yourself. it is easy enough to find if you know where to look or have a realtionship. We manage a lot of bank owned assets prior to sale. I am working on a monster deal 50 Trillion in REO's at 35 +6 :lol:

Could you enlighten me on how you managed to gain "exclusivity" to two years worth of REO Foreclosures? Why didn't I read about this in the WSJ or my Financial Times paper I read everyday?
