A friend of mine has 1.7m in properties in Oklahoma. He wants to liquidate them for 800k. I do financing, not deals, so I have no idea where to even go for this. Just thought I would post here and see if anyone wanted to do this kind of deal. I will completely turn it over to whoever wants it. I don't want any money for it, just to help a friend out of his situation.

He is willing to get creative on the financing
