I am receiving an influx of buyers for bulk reo and npn transactions. I have loi's and pof. My existing relationships cannot handle the volume. If you are direct or 1 away max...please contact me.

We have direct exclusive Bulk REO packages. 900m coming our way. Will need real buyers, POF and experience. Sold So. CA yesterday and 68m hopefully closing tomorrow. Screening buyers, so they need to perform quickly after a commitment for tape. Lynn

I am next to seller mandate that works directly with quite a few of the top 25 banks that have true packages. I hear alot that people only want to deal with 1 away or direct. My take on that is sometimes in order to get things done initially someone may be in between. As long as the product stand solid and all parties that become involved are closing business should not be passed aside. We have nationwide products. Let me know if your interested. We have a simple protocol to get it done.
