If you can get product in Southern California at 65% current BPO, then I have buyers that will sign a MFA and NCND agreements, and deal directly with your seller, while you make all of the commission. I work as the retail broker on the back-end and will not make anything from the acquisiton. Contact me, and I'll facilitate the dialog between the buyer and seller - the buyer must only deal directly with the seller, but they will pay you an intermediary commission. Hi Kristian,

We can get any size package in California for less than 50% current BPO (35-48%). We do custom packages (state and region specific, home specs., ect) as well as nationwide (best pricing.) Our exit strategies allow most investors to be invest nationwide. PM me if you'd like to see some past tapes and talk.
