If you currently buy/have/control/own bulk reo tapes, please post in this thread. I am looking for ACTUAL and REAL bulk reo tapes where the owner is willing to sell partials from the tape rather than the entire tape. There are many people claiming to be able to buy entire bulk reo tapes and many throw out some outrageously high figures (I have seen posts in the billions) and I can only assume that these types are using these figures in hopes of being taken as "serious players". In my opinion, they are full of it. I am not claiming to be able to buy full tapes in the mult-millions or billions. What I am seeking is tape owners who would like to liquidate partials from there tape instantly to cash buyers (both investors and owner occupants) and receive a quick return on their investment.
The method is the same as this analogy: By a 12 pack and sell off each can for maximum profits. The problem with this is time, and that most bulk reo buyers do not want to have to market each of the properties, hence the norm is to sell the full tape as a whole to one buyer. This can still be done, less the few that are sold out individually.

If you are interested in participating, simply post here that you control reo tapes and arew willing to part with singles from that tape. I do not need actual property listings in this thread. We can speak privately on the details.

Yes I am a no bs direct seller of tape nationwide. I'll part cities, I'm looking to move my current tape fair quickly and have it priced accordingly.

I obviously would also sell my entire inventory for a heavy discount, but haven't found a buyer with the guts to take down the entire package -quit claim. My total inventory is at about 400+ houses.

I have tapes & can break them up. Also direct to bank. Give me a call & we can talk.

Will, I totally understand your frustration with these "bulk dealers" who post incessantly in these forums and elsewhere on the internet.
I have several BPers spamming me constantly, with attachments that include prices and zip codes, along with demands for NCNDs, LOIs and POFs, but strangely, no physical addresses, no pics, no cost of repair estimates...no nothing.
Other times, they will send me lists of properties that sometimes include addresses of properties that I have already owned for several months.
These "bulk deals" are often interspersed with emails containing forwarded flyers that I get from actual owners of properties! Most times, these "dealers" don't even take the time to include so much as a "please" or "thank you" in their correspondence. What a joke!
Those of us with real businesses should start mocking and scorning all of these spamming clowns in these pulbic forums and do our best to embarrass them.
