How many investors are there in this country who want the opportunity to buy REO properties, but do not have the resources and/or knowledge to buy at auction, Trustee sales, direct from banks, direct from banks via bulk reo packages, etc? I would say it is in the tens of thousands.
How many home buyers are there who would love the opportunity to buy bank owned properties and not pay the retail MLS list price? Again, in the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands.
Very few have the financial resources to acquire full tapes from bank REO holdings. Most of these tapes consist of many properties valued at 5 million or more. What if you could buy just one REO, and get bulk pricing rather than the full price on the MLS? Interested?
Post here that you are interested in taking part in buying REO properties from Bulk REO tape owners, and your contact info must appear in your profile. Please do not post emails, websites, phone numbers etc. in your posts as it violates forum rules.

Now is the time to buy real estate. Times are tough, the economy is in the tank, many are sitting on the fence, most are running scared. That is precisley the time to take action and buy.
