Letter Of Authority

No institution issues such letter. Period.. All that have such a letter - please step forward and send that letter to me.

Know this - If I find out such letter is a fake I have all the time and money it will take to ensure you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!!

If you produce a REAL verifiable letter - I will put down my doubt and follow you as Jesus our saviorâ€¦ and post here that I am wrong to ever challenge such a request.

I feel you are right George. I have direct contact because of family relations. I have disclosures but no authorization from the bank. But don't follow any body but Jesus. Everyone else will disappoint you.

..moving away from the religious statement.. I dare anyone to show me a LOA from an Institution. The "reward" stands at $1000.00 for a verifiable letter.

Anyone care to "up" the bet?

Hi Lon! I am just trying to point out that an LOA is not a thing that Institutions create when they allow a clearing company, or any company for that matter, to sell their REO properties in Bulk. In fact they do not even want to admit that they are selling in bulk at all... let alone memorialize the event with such a document.

AND I challenge anyone that says they have such authority and documentation to show up and prove it.

The topic has come up in conversation with several buyers and I want to erase the idea that LOA's are real so that we can get on to doing some business.

(per our PM's)

Institutions do not do (LOA) contracts.

I have never seen one.

I have asked 40+ institutions the answer is always NO!
