If you are direct to the seller and can provide 50M+ in REO product please contact me.

The buyers require a LOA, if you represent a private Individual/Group. If you represent a Bank then a phone call with the Bank's attorney and thier attorney will be required.

They are hoping to establish long term relationships not just one purchase.

Before a wasted ffort is potentially started...what kind of pricing expectations are you/them expecting? Has this "buyer" ever undertaken a bulk acquisition before? Are their asset acquisition members in place to undertake title, holding, and sales if need be?

I have several sources. State exactly what are your guys looking for and where. I have a source that is direct w/ the sellers mandate of Bank of America. Tell your buyer to get proofed up and have a loi ready.
