I am now direct with a source of custom Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Bulk REO tapes. These tapes are customizable down to the zip code. You can get properties in any state, county, city, or otherwise. You can get properties that are only light rehab or properties that require tons of rehab, and in any price range you desire. Packages can be purchased for 50 - 60 cents on the dollar of current BPOs, or less depending on the purchase price. Minimum buy is $1,000,000 and we can get the ball rolling with an LOI and a soft POF. (verifiable by phone please) These documents are reviewed by Fannie and Freddie, and once approved, you will receive your custom tape in 24 - 48 hours (business days). You then have 7 - 10 days to do your due diligence and should close with 14 days total. If any properties do not fit your criteria when your tape is received, you can have them replaced. Commercial properties are available as well as SFRs, Multi-Family, Apartment complexes, etc.

Direct buyers will not have to pay out any points, as I have an agreement with the seller for payment.
