Atlanta,Ohio,Michigan, Alabama, Illinois,Texas, and the list goes on!

We own these reo properties so we are looking for pennies on the dollars.

sure the properties are fully-vacant and where purchased by my investor directly from the bank. They are purchased blindly and are Quit claim deeds.
