What kind of pricing level were you looking to achieve on those units?

20, 50, 80...???

Have you vetted the buyer?

Have you ever closed a deal with the buyer?

- Buyer has been vetted.

- Pricing is, of course, as cheap as possible! :lol:

- In process of closing smaller deals that I have with buyer now, but do not have enough inventory to meet his needs.

I would prefer being able to cherry pick, as my company (codeRed Project Management) will be doing the rehabs, but understand it is not always possible.

Regarding Indy Bulk, I got sent the same tape with ever increasing prices. The guys I know are legit said they didn't have indy or the prices came in too high and they sent back to the bank.

If something comes through I'll send it over. Do you have a specific area for your client?
