As title says, looking for deals in the northern VA area. I am only licensed in VA so no DC/MD/WV/PA stuff please.

I know some of you all are probably burdened with REOs in the Prince William, Loudoun, and Fauquier counties so lets talk. I see them vacant and not listed so lets remedy that situation.

I am all about starting a relationship slow with a few small deals and then growing from there. Just keeping it real and a little CYA.

Was my post not "bulk" enough? Show me what you have and lets work it out.

... I was expecting to get run over with offers.

If it is necessary I will go DC and MD(greater DC), but I would rather not.

If your looking for just a few properties here and there, check this site out http://www.reoassignment.com/ I do know there is plenty of REO Brokers in our area (I am in Prince William County).

Also, the best part is, is that they all work with top real estate companies.

You are not going to find bulk in those areas - well I should say no has in the last year and a half so far..

You might see properties standing, but the retail market is still too strong for the banks to need to resort to bulk over there.
