I am looking to purchase REO packages under $500K. Quite simply, I have 4 investors that I have pooled money together, and this all that we have the ability to purchase. I am looking for the lower end stuff. Memphis would be great, however, I understand that to get a good package that I need to buy nationwide. The only exceptions that I have are, no midwest, especially Michigan. If you have any small packages or can break up a larger one, I may be interested. Please don't waste my time if you don't have real product or are trying to hawk someone elses deal. It just doesn't work.

I work with someone who takes down huge REO packages...he's taking down a $92mm one next week..PM me with your phone number and I'll get you in touch with the primary after proof of funds. I am not a daisy chain..just a consultant to the primary for one of his other businesses
