Have you ever closed a 30 million dollar deal transaction? Has the buyer ever closed anything "with you"
Have you vetted the buyer? Why do they want to jump in while values are plummeting?
Wasting time seems to be more in the eyes of the beholder!

Don't take this wrong. The previous questions were good ones by Christopher. We get these type of posts often from new posters and it is like crying "wolf" so many times you eventually become numb to them.
The odds are against you putting this kind of deal together. I've done a lot of real estate syndication over the past 35 years and was very good at it( check the Meet the Investor section here on BP) and yet VERY few deals like this EVER go together.

That,s why i,am asking As i stated we have been geting a lot of calls from Bulk Reo Buyer,s , We have had several Buyer,s wanting to spend 10,million 20 , million Also we verified their Funds , A lot of seller,s are a waste of time .
95% of the properties on our web site are REO,S ,i used to by Unfinishe construction Directly from Indymac ,
Before it goes to the market , But indymac, is not selling in Bulk at this time , I can name several banks that i have a 1on 1 realationship That are not
selling in Bulk .
I don,t ever use Forums but i thought i would give it a try to see how things go .
I will find a bank that will sell In Bulk .

This thread looks like it is getting interesting. I don't have a 20-30 million reo package, but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn last night!! Oh, and I'm at the airport in FL right now after spending 5 days looking at Fairly large projects, some sent my way by BP board members. Thank you John, Jason, and Will. We have an offer in at 2.4 million cash on one deal, and 3 LOIs going out tomorrow in the 3 million price range for each. I did post asking for stuff to look at on here and these were the only responses. Thanks again. I hope your work pays off for all of us. Rich in Florida.

Yes I can get distressed assets....no I don't know what they cost because I don't know where I'd take the buyer. I don't know the protocols for the very same reason!
