Family ran real estate investment company. I closed many smaller packages (1m-2m) over the years. Now I have access to more funds (personal) and several cash buying clients. I'm in need of larger packages. Personally- 15m to 50m and for my buyers 100m - 250m. My areas of interest are mainly, Ca, Az, Nv and secondary nationwide excluding Michigan. Single family properties ranging from 100k to 500k. If you are selling or know of anyone selling please feel free to contact me. I am a serious buyer, so please, Serious sellers only....after moving into this new market, I'm finding that people talk alot but fail to produce what they're claiming!!

We have been trying to sell a Calif. package for 2 days. The buyer went squirley on us. Said he would proof up but sent LOI and loan authorization letter. 1000 properties for 154M. He only wanted 50M and to cherry pick and that was OK but we don't get list till we get hard proof. Seller is private individual. Our other sourse for REO isn't quite so picky but he is out of it for 1 month.

I can get you exclusive properties in the areas that you are interested in,but to get the ball rolling we need POF or Pre-Approval letter up front to show are contacts at the banks that you are serious as you say you are.
