I hope you will accept my sincere apology for not responding to everyone on this post these past weeks. I sent an email to Joshua Dorkin and he was very understanding and re-opened this thread. Thanks, Joshua!

My internet provider is being taken over by Comcast in my area. I'm on a shared T1 line in my neiborhood. The takeover has caused huge, long and repeated outages. Unfortunately, I have been unable to follow this posting the past few weeks.

I have responded and even spoken to a number of people on this and similar forums on this site. Keep in mind, my contact information is readily available on this website and the really diligent and interested buyers have contacted me directly.

I am interested in building relationships with qualified cash buyers who are experienced with REO's. If you represent buyers and can produce LOI's and Proof of Funds, I would be happy to respond.
