Bulk REO portfolio's for sale - We are the owners. I am coordinating an effort to sell 44 of our properties located in 4 specific markets: Ohio, Michigan, Illinois (Chicago), and Georgia.

Our company, G8 Capital, has acquired 15 distressed portfolio's over the past year. Please Google our company or go to our website for a more detailed background. We have listed/sold properties throughout the country through Realtors, however, I thought I would give some of our pre-marketing properties a shot on this forum.

Ideally, I would like to communicate with local investors in these 4 markets. Cash / principal buyers only. No brokers allowed - please don't call.
