We have been working with the first group to be approved under the government PPiP (Public Private Investment Program) program. Our calls with the director of this program for this institution has confirmed that they are now fulfilling orders for the product that they are receiving through the FDIC as well as numerous banks. They are expecting about $5B per month in inventory across all asset classes, including SFR and SFR non-performing notes, Commercial and Commercial Notes.
The program steps are attached. One caveat: They require a minimum of $10 Million per transaction. Larger orders are of course more welcome.

The HUD supplier is a non-profit that is authorized to sell the REO from HUD, Fannie and Freddie through the economic development program. This is a relatively new supplier, having processed 4 orders in the last 2 months, the largest being $1Billion Nationally. They do have several more orders pending and are accepting orders from $10 Million and up. Again, if you are interested, I will set up a conference call with the institution.

You will probably not get to far here on BP. You may have what you are saying, but no one will even sniff the $10M minimum. I recommend you read some of the other threads before making such claims. Get ready for the dogs because they are coming! :shoot:
Sounds a lot like this thread, no? Do you think there's something real here, Skylar? These properties are supposed to be coming out of this public/private deal at some point.
Sounds identical other than the minimum. To be quite frank with you Jon, I do not know how this whole thing works. I have only been buying REOs for 6 months and still trying to get a grasp on it. I think this one should be directed to Jeff or Chris
Last I heard they were killing the PPIP and going with some other just as idiotic alphabet soup LLP program.
Either way I received all the info from the previous poster and have yet to vet it.
I'll let everyone know what I discover.
