Ok everyone here is the complete list. 1 in Alabama. 2 in Illinois both are in Chicago. 14 in Indiana. 2 in Kansas. 149 in Michigan heavy in Flint and Detroit. 21 in Missourri. 1 in North Carolina. 90 in Ohio. 1 in Oklahoma. 12 in Pennsylvania and 30 in Tennessee 29 of the 30 in Memphis.

AJ - I believe the others would shut up if we had any kind of details on even one of the properties you've got available. If this info was verified, I'm sure you'd get a public apology from them to go with it.

I think they all are. IMHO, MOST of these threads are looters trolling for lemmings.

PS there is no inventory worth buying, currently. We work with most of the banks, they will dump some cancer off their balance sheets and onto yours for 200 percent of market value. There is really no reason to for them to sell anything exept to meet daily cashflow requirements. The REO system will do that just fine.
