You must understand that we are tired of the BS we have been seeing as of late. George and Will are the real deal. We are trying to clean up this forum. I think you will get much further by coming in and contributing. Sure you may get some deals done and you may be real, however you made the kind of post many spammers do. I will certainly meet with you when I get there. Probably going to be around the 8th.

Phil, it was just a play on words with a touch of comedy to keep it light. As Skylar stated, we are all sick and tired of the crap getting spread across this forum which we are very protective of as it is the very best out there in our field.
That said, taking such an offense only scares me more that you are one of the same. A real player with the abilities to provide and more importantly CLOSE a transaction with a buyer is certainly welcome here! If that is you, then your contributions over time will let us know that.
I did not come to this site and immediately have credibility, it was earned. Further, we are easily put off by individuals who do not take the time to learn the forum rules before making posts. In this thread alone, you have been moderated twice. That does not speak highly of you.

The other real problem with these type of posts that you have found yourself falling into, is that there are complaints filed with the proper authorities about being monies being skimmed of the top of these deals by those who do not have a real involvement (skin in the game) with the deals themselves.

We believe this is going to lead to more regulation of the industry, which will lead to more expense for those of us who are really in the game.

With that understanding you can understand why we will always make sure that any poster does know what they are talking about, especially when they seem to use the phrases that have been taught to them in some of those "guru sites" that are only selling hopes and not actualities.

We are in the hopes of preventing the need for thess type of regulations to be even considered let alone to be passed, therefore we will use the power of the best Real Estate site out there to weed out those who will make it less profitable for us in the future.

That being said, if you can walk the walk as well as you think that you can talk the talk we heartedly welcome you to earn the earnest trust that you desire which is available by the contacts availble right here on BP.

Welcome, follow through your talk with the actions and you will be recommended and those doors will open for you, but if you do not follow through we will also know and since there really are only a few real players in the bulk REO game word will travel fast that you can not perform.

You are on an upward path, or a very slippery slope. I hope you have the right equipment to climb with. Good luck.

Wiil, have you got nothing better to do? I was going to write a long reply but i have been using forums for various things for many years and their always people like you on them. Please understand, I neither need, or want your approval for anything. A good rule of thumb is never say anything online that you would not say to someones face. I find it amazing you want to "Vet' me when you are selling "Get rich quick CD's. Oh the irony.
