CA $71M(BPO) Package

Take down price $41M Plus 3% in fees

Package fell out of escrow and the tape is available from private seller

90% of the properties are in San Jose with a few in Burbank, CA

LOI and POF needed to review the tape

The insanity ensues....even on a Friday afternoon!

How many successful transactions do you have Beverly? Why is it that all you so called experts need LOI's and POF's when any sane, reasonable, done this before types, know damn well you can take the personal data from an "EXCEL" data format! Seriously, are you guys really this naive to believe a FAKE TAPE will actually draw a real buyer out?

Why do people waste their time and ours. I have yet to understand why so called sellers offer product that is not theirs? Whats in it for them? :roll:

Hello Everyone,

To be honest, I have been a victim to of this type of hype.

So, I totally understand youll frustration and I've lost clients behind this pot of gold at the in end of the rainbow chase. lol

This industry has definitely tought me that I'm a little to optimistic when it comes to what people tell me. lol Now, I'm 10 times more critical with people in life in general.

However, now I make fewer mistakes than Ive ever made in life.

Some friends says I'm a little negative now. lol Odarn!

This Bulk REO World has open my eyes up to how I have been veiwing the world around me. Its a trip but love to learn.

This persons seller obviously doesn't even own the tape but probably has access to it. What they try and do is use peoples POF in order to do a consortium deal where they use your money to buy it then they inflate the price in order to make millions off of it. Our last deal fell apart because of this BS.
