Good morning, Corey. My name is LaCore Bell, but you can call me Corey. I currently consult and or find notes for four (4) investment groups, that at this time are buying individual notes nationwide. The reason I am coming to you is because I have just been handed a bulk REO tape, that at the present time the groups I consult with and or find notes for, are not able to to obtain funds to even begin to buy these, they generally buy individual notes ranging anywhere from $40,000.00 to $900,000.00, and also I am not that well versed in REO'S to even begin to sell them, even though I would like to at some point. I know it can't be complicated, but I have not yet stepped into that area, of real estate.
The tape that I have consist of everything from SFR's, Commercial, Land, Mobile Homes, and Industrial warehouses. To include but not limited to Performing and Non-Performing Notes.

Save your time, emails and phone minutes.
Ask them if they're the person on title.
If they are. you may have something.
If they cant or won't do the following, run...
1. provide the title company where the properties were closed at
2. See #2
3. Check title (you can get a first american title co rep to help with this)
I saved myself a lot of headaches by going straight to that question first.
If they own it, they own it. If they don't you'll get lots of juicy excuses B.S, Horse S**t and lots of paperwork to slow you down.
